- Fill in a damage report immediately. Then contact your local car rental company, you will find their phone number on your rental documents. Together, you decide whether you can continue to travel in your rental car, of if you require a replacement vehicle
- Next, make sure you let us know about the damages by emailing us at [email protected]. Don't forget to include your booking number
- The local vendor will charge your credit card up to the maximum deposit amount. They will determine the exact damages and will charge you with the difference between the actual costs incurred and the deposit
- We will refund the full amount if you make a claim with us. Once you are back home, contact Eliza was here, so we can inform you about the information and documents we need, and the steps we take to ensure you are fully compensated
